 Introduction |
 The purpose of this system is twofold to offer the absolute best prices to the client for the transportation of his parcels. The way to achieve this is to submit the transportation job for auto-bidding to a number of couriers who tender transportation with a geographical location. |

| Service Providers (SP) |
Service providers offer their transportation services within a geographical location by setting up “Zones” with postal codes in the system. They then tender different services in those Zone i.e. Same Day, Next Day, etc. Then they sit back and – wait.
However, more than one SP can operate in the same Zone – hence form competition for each other. It may be that they don’t know about each other – yet. But read on and see how the system will bring them in healthy competition with each other. |

| Clients |
| Clients make a booking on the system by typing in the normal details of a transportation job: From- postal code, To- postal code, dimensions and weight. The system then matches those details with SPs who operate in the Zones of the given postal codes and auto-tender to the client a on behalf of all the SPs with a list of all the matches. The user select the SP based on the Price and Service offered. |

| Notification of the Client's choice |
All parties get notified:
• The client get notified with the cut-off time and EDT (Estimate Delivery Time)
• The selected-SP for the job gets notified to execute the job as soon as possible.
• The other SPs (who were unaware of auto-selection process) get notified that they were part of the selection, but were not selected by the client. The details of the selected job will also be forwarded to them so that they can see what they’ve offered in comparison with the selected SP. |

| Notification of the Status Change |
| The SP who is responsible for the job will update the status on the system – and each change of status gets forwarded to the Sender and Receiver. Hence the don’t need to stress or “track” their parcel. When the parcel reaches the final status change of “POD – complete” – the system prevent all parties from updating the status. |

| Feedback |
| The sender of the system will leave Feedback on the selected SP – which will accumulate in numbers and stars. The numbers and stars are displayed in the auto-bidding process – for the user to take into consideration when selecting an SP |
